*Sous Vide- food is seasoned & cooked in water bath at controlled temperature for 6-8 hrs. This produces a meat that is tender, rich in flavor and retains all of its nutritional value.


Our gourmet pizzas are approximately 30cm in diameter & are hand rolled & cooked in our unique Italian oven with the highest quality Italian & Australian ingredients. Gluten free bases are also available on request ($3.50)
